高校科技成果转化的阻滞因素及对策研究

On the Barriers and Measures to the Transformation of S&T Achievements in High Institution

结合几个课题组对高校科技成果转化情况调研,认为目前我国高校科技成果转化过程中主要有四类阻滞因素:高校系统内部有效供给不足,企业的有效需求不足,机制不健全,体制不适应。提出了促进高校科技成果转化的几条对策:校企充分合作,政府大力支持,市场有效参与。

According to the investigation about the S&.T achievements transformation in universities and colleges ,made by others ,it points out 4 barriers in the transformation of S&T achievements universities' supplying enterprises' requirements,running mechanism and S&T system. On the basis of the analysis, and suggests 3 measures to deal with th barriers : fully cooperation beteen universities and enterprises ,vigorous support of the government effective market participation.
