摘要
从地方高校科技创新人才开发的必要性和紧迫性出发,针对人才开发中存在的弊端,提出加强科技创新人才开发的对策和激励机制,并对科技创新人才管理者的自身素质要求进行了探讨。
On the analysis of the necessity and urgency of the development of science and technology innovators and the incentive mechanism in local colleges of China,and the abuse in development of science and technology innovators ,it puts out the strategies of the development and incentive mechanism of science and technology innovators- On this base,it discusses the requirement of the quality to administrators in taking care of science and technology innovators.
