摘要 研究了二段硫化条件对共聚型氯醚橡胶 (ECO)性能的影响。二段硫化后 ,ECO的 10 0 %定伸应力增大 ,拉伸强度和邵尔A型硬度先增大后减小 ,扯断伸长率、扯断永久变形及撕裂强度减小 ;耐热性能变化不大 ;常温下的耐油性能提高。高温短时的二段硫化有利于降低压缩永久变形。当二段硫化温度超过 15 0℃ ,交联密度先增大后减小 。 The effect of the post cure conditions on properties of epichlorohydrin copolymer(ECO) was investigated.The results showed that when ECO was post cured,the modulus at 100% increased,the tensile strength and Shore A hardness increased at first and then decreased,the elongation at break,tensile permanent set and tear strength decreased;the heat resistance changed little;and the oil resistance at room temperature improved.The post cure at high temperature for shorter time was beneficial to decreasing the compression set.The crosslink density increased at first and then decreased as the post cure temperature reached 150 ℃,and the higher the post cure temperature was,the faster the crosslink density decreased.
