摘要
研究了结合剂和添加剂的加入量、结合剂的密度、原料颗粒配比和烧成温度等对钢包用透气砖座砖的性能 ,尤其是热震稳定性的影响。采用自制的磷酸铝铬 (密度为 1 .6 0 g·cm- 3)为结合剂 ,加入量为 5 .3 % ,外加 3 %的ZrO2 ,经 1 6 0℃ 2 4h干燥 ,1 6 0 0℃ 3h高温烧成 ,可以大大提高制成的透气砖座砖的性能 。
Effects of the additions of binder and additive,density of the binder,particle size compositions of the starting materials and sintering temperature,etc. on properties including strengths, thermal shock resistance,etc. of the well block were researched.The properties,especially the thermal shock resistance of the well block,were optimized remarkably by adding 5.3 % self-prepared chromium aluminum phosphate with density of 1.60 g· cm -3 as binder and adding excess 3% ZrO 2 in the batch, drying the block at 160 ℃ for 24 hours and sintering at 1600 ℃ for 3 hours.
