摘要 针对安钢 2 0t转炉原来所用挡渣器存在的缺点 ,根据转炉挡渣的实际需要 ,开发了新型挡渣塞和挡渣锥。挡渣塞为一头小一头大的圆台形 ,并选用轻质、低耐火度的漂珠作为主要材料 ,整个挡渣塞单重为 (1 .5± 0 .1 )kg ;挡渣锥为六棱锥形 ,材质选用镁砂并配合适量的氧化铝 ,选用耐火水泥作结合剂 ,同时在挡渣锥内部加一铸铁锥芯来调节其密度 ,使其介于 4.0~ 4.5 g·cm- 3之间。 The problems existing in original skimmer in 20 t converter in Anyang Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. were introduced. The new skimming plug and skimming pyramid were developed according to the actual requirement of the skimming.The skimming plug is produced using lightweight,low refractoriness raw material as major starting material.The unit weight of the plug is (1.5± 0.1) kg. The skimming pyramid is of hexangular pyramid shape and is produced with magnesite and alumina as starting materials and refractory cement as binder.Meanwhile,a cast iron core was put in the pyramid to adjust the density of the pyramid being between 4.0~4.5 g·cm -3.The newly developed skimmers have obtained good application results.
