摘要
针对水泥回转窑的工艺特点,研究了适合大惯性、滞后等特点的典型工业对象的模糊预测控制算法,具有模糊控制和预测控制的特点,并引入双模功能,有较强的跟踪与抗干扰能力。算法已成功应用在水泥窑生料系统,现场运行结果表明该算法简捷实用,控制效果优于传统的PID控制。
According to the feature of the cement kiln,a practical fuzzypredictive method was studied,which is adaptive to industry object,having long delay time,big inertia. This method combined the merits of the fuzzy control and predictive control,and the double models were introduced,which made the method have good antiinterference and tracing abilities. The method has been applied in crude materials system of the cement kiln and the result shows that this method is more superior to traditional PID control.
