摘要
介绍了上海炼油厂与浙江大学联合研制开发的连续重整装置塔系列先进控制软件及其工业应用情况。该软件以网络数据库为基础,采用模块化结构,各软件模块相当独立,既可单独运行,也可联合运行。其主要功能模块包括预加氢/预分馏部分物料平衡预测控制系统、自适应精馏塔产品质量在线软测量系统、碳四/碳五分馏塔的多变量广义预测控制器、结合软测量技术的精馏塔产品质量指标内模控制器等。该软件巳成功应用于中国石化上海高桥分公司炼油厂连续重整装置,并显著地降低了各塔设备的操作波动、能耗与运行成本,取得了可观的经济效益。
Advanced process control software for the columns in a continuous catalytic reforming (CCR) unit and its application is presented. The software has been developed by Shanghai refinery and Zhejiang University. It introduces modular structure based on a network database where every module can be run in both independent and united modes. Its main modules include a material balance predictive control module used in the prehydrogenation/predistillation system,an adaptive online softsensor module to estimate the quality of column product,a multivariable generalized predictive control module applied in the C4/C5 column,an internal model controller combining softsensor techniques and so on. The software has been successfully used in a commercial CCR unit in the Shanghai gaoqiao petrochemical company. It has remarkably decreased the operational fluctuation,the consumed energy and running cost for all columns. The annual economic benefit is great.
