摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,ODS -C18为填料和紫外检测器分离测定苯氧菌酯。结果表明 ,其标准偏差为 0 .11,变异系数为 0 .11% ,回收率为 99.97% ,线性相关系数为 0 .9998。
It is introduced that the quantitative analysis of kresoxim-methyl by reversed phase HPLC,packing by ODS-C18 and using UV detector.The results showed that standard deviation are 0.11,the coefficient of variation are 0.11%,the average recovery are 99.97%,linear correlation are 0.9998.
