摘要
SDS高效脱硫剂在小试与半工业试验取得成功的基础上,在中石化荆门分公司焦化干气脱硫装置进行了工业应用,标定结果表明,SDS高效脱硫剂脱总硫(H_2S和有机硫总和)效果显著,净化焦化干气中残存H_2S小于30mg/m^3,残存有机硫小于60mg/m^3。这种净化干气作为制氢原料,可以简化脱总硫的后处理工序,从而降低脱总硫的总投资与操作费用。
SDS highly effective desulphurizing agent was used in the coking dry gas desulphurizing plant of Jingmen Petrochemical Company after its experiment success in both of the laboratory and a semi-commercial unit. The results showed good effect for total sulfur (hydrogen sulfide plus organic sul-fides) removal. The hydrogen sulfide was less than 30mg/m3, and the remained organic sulfides were less than 60mg/m3 in the purified gas. This purified gas could be used as the feedstock for producing hydrogen. The proposed method could simplify the final treating procedure and reduce the operating cost and investment.
