状态反馈预测控制在催化裂化柴油产品质量先进控制中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 对催化裂化装置主分馏塔柴油产品质量先进控制系统进行了设计与工程实施。根据过程动态机理分析,运用状态反馈预测控制,考虑装置的操作控制及现有的测点情况,从实时控制出发,建立了主分馏塔柴油产品质量先进控制的简化状态空间数学模型。使用实测过程变量,实现状态变量反馈和可测干扰变量前馈的预测控制方法,提高控制系统的性能及抗干扰能力,增大了模型适应范围。先进控制的全部功能在DCS层上实施,可以在线实时调整控制系统参数,监视系统运行状态,提高了控制系统应用的灵活性,装置实际运行结果表明该设计是有效的。 The advanced process control system design and plant implementation for LCO quality in FCCU main fractionator were studied. Based on dynamic fundamental model analysis, using state feedback model predictive control and considering both the plant operation and the sensors locations, a simplified state space model was established for the advanced process control of LCO quality. By using the measurable process variables to design the state feedback model predictive control and the measurable disturbance to design the model predictive feed forward control, the control system performance, robustness, and disturbance rejection ability were improved considerably. The advanced process control system was implemented in several different kinds of DCS layers. The control parameters could be adjusted on line for the control system application and improved its flexibility. The plant running data showed that the control system design was efficient.
