摘要
在实验室采用固定流化床反应器,研究了催化裂化汽油裂化时的焦炭生成。结合X射线衍射、红外光谱、核磁共振、热重分析等多种分析手段,分析了焦炭的化学组成及焦炭在催化剂上的沉积位置。结果表明:催化裂化汽油裂化生成焦炭的组成主要为不饱和烃,主要沉积在催化剂的微孔内。
Study of coke formation during FCC naphtha cracking was carried on a laboratory fixed-fluidized bed reactor. The chemical composition and the location of coke were investigated by using various analytical techniques such as XRD, IR, NMR and TGA, etc. The results showed that the coke deposited on the catalyst was mostly unsaturated hydrocarbons and mainly deposited into the micropores of the zeolite.
