润滑油糠醛精制装置优化设计的实践 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了南阳石蜡精细化工厂润滑油糠醛精制装置运行过程中出现的问题和存在的不足,详细描述了溶剂回收系统、蒸汽发生系统、精制液加热炉、精制油汽提塔、抽出油塔底重沸器等“瓶颈”的改造设计方法。改造后与改造前相比,在相同的精制深度下,处理能力可提高25%左右,精制油收率提高2.3个百分点,能耗下降62.6%。 The problems of production in the lube furfural refining unit in The Nanyang Par- affin Wax Fine Chemical Plant were introduced. The revamping design methods for debottlenecking the solvent recovery system, steam generation system, raffinate heater, stripping tower for refined oil and the reboiler of the extract oil column were described in detail. After revamping, comparing with the original at the same refining severity, the capacity increased by 25%, the raffinate oil yield increased by 2. 3 percentages, and the energy consumption decreased by 62. 6%.
