Pt/H-SAPO-11催化剂用于重质油催化转化研究初探 被引量:2

摘要 应用SAPO-11分子筛负载Pt制备Pt/H-SAPO-11催化剂。以糠醛精制后的丙烷脱沥青油150BS为反应介质,在20mL催化加氢反应装置上对Pt/H-SAPO-11催化剂进行评价。考察在反应压力14.5MPa,氢油体积比700,质量空速1.35h^(-1),不同反应温度条件下反应产物的收率及大于370℃润滑油馏分凝点和粘度指数的变化。结果表明,小于200℃馏分油,200~315℃轻质燃料油馏分,315~370℃轻质润滑油馏分,以及大于370℃润滑油混合馏分等液体总收率保持在90%左右。大于370℃润滑油混合馏分的凝点可达-15℃,粘度指数为107。 Pt/H-SAPO-11 catalyst was prepared by platinum carried on SAPO-11 molecular sieve. The catalyst was evaluated on a 20 mL hydrogenation unit with 150BS lube base oil, a propane deasphalted oil after furfural refining, as feedstock. The product yields, and the pour point and viscosity index of the lube fraction higher than 370℃ were investigated under a pressure of 14. 5MPa, a hydrogen/oil ratio volume ratio of 700 and a WHSV of 1. 35h-1 at different temperatures. The results showed that the sum of the yields of the <200℃ and 200-315℃ light fuel oils, the 315-370℃light lube oil and >370℃ lube fraction reached around 90%. The pour point and viscosity index of the >370℃ lube fraction was - 15℃ and 107 respectively.
