雪莲对力竭性游泳小鼠心肌酶谱的影响

摘要 目的 探讨雪莲对力竭性游泳小鼠心肌酶谱的影响。方法 雄性BALB/C小鼠随机分成四组 :安静对照组 (蒸馏水灌胃不运动 )、安静雪莲组 (雪莲灌胃不运动 )、运动对照组 (蒸馏水灌胃力竭性游泳 )和运动雪莲组 (雪莲灌胃力竭性游泳 )。分别用蒸馏水和 5 0 %雪莲煎剂连续灌胃 10d ,两个运动组进行一次性力竭游泳 (约 4小时 ) ,所有小鼠采集血清测 5项血心肌酶 (AST、LDH、CK、CK MB、HBDH)活性。结果 运动对照组小鼠血清 5项心肌酶活性明显升高 ,与安静对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;运动雪莲组心肌酶也有升高 ,与安静对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,但与运动对照组比较下降显著 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 雪莲对力竭性游泳过程中造成的小鼠心肌损伤有一定的预防作用。 Objective To study the effects of saussurea medusa maxim(SSM) on myocardial enzymes in swiming exhaustive mice. Methods 40 healthy male BALB/C mice were randomly divided into four groups:sedentary control group(SCG),sedentary+SSM group(SSG).exhaustive swiming control group (ECG) and exhaustive swiming+SSM group(ESG).SCG and ECG were treated with intragastric feeding of distiled water once of every day in progression ten days.SSG and ESG were treated with intragastric feeding of 50% SSM in the same way.After ten days,the mice in ECG and ESG were forecd to swim untill exhausted.the activiteis of AST?LDH?CK?CK MB?HBDH in serum all mice were determined. Results The activiteis of 5 myocardial enzymes in ECG and ESG were significantly higher than that of SCG and SSG(P<0.01),while ESG was significantly highed ECG(P<0.01). Conclusion SSM can protect the cardiac muscle of mice in exhaustive swiming from damaging.
