摘要
采用重量法和电化学方法分别得到表面经超临界CO2处理后的铀试样在60℃、70%RH条件下的氧化动力学曲线(Δm t)和在50μg gCl-溶液中的阳极极化曲线、自腐蚀电流等抗蚀评价指标。结果表明:经超临界CO2处理后,金属铀表面抗氧化腐蚀性能和抗化学介质腐蚀性能均有一定程度提高。对钝化膜提高金属铀表面抗腐蚀性能的原因进行了探讨。
The corrosion resistance of uranium surface treated w ith supercritical carbon dioxide(SCCO2) is studied by mass gain and electroche mical methods. The oxidation kinetics curves (Δmt) of uranium surface tre ated with SCCO2 is obtained at 60 ℃, 70% RH condition. The results show that the corrosion resistant of treated uranium in the researched pressure, time an d temperature region is improved. The electrochemical corrosion resistance of tr eated uranium in the solution with the ω(Cl-)=50 μg/g is also studied by electrochemical method. The result indicates that the electrochemical corrosion resistance of uranium surface is enhanced. It can be expected that the existenc e of the uranium carbide in the reaction products may be beneficial to improving of corrosion resistance for uranium surface.
