摘要 目的 比较小鼠左心室、右心室及室间隔心肌细胞的钾电流、动作电位的特征。方法 采用全细胞膜片钳技术。结果 左、右心室肌细胞的动作电位特征和Ito ,Ik1钾电流密度无差异 ;与左心室比较 ,室间隔细胞存在两种特征的Ito,Ikslow (5 .9pA pF± 1.35pA pF ,+5 0mV)电流密度低型和Itof(3.4 7pA pF± 1.1pA pF)andIkslow (4.75pA pF± 1.5pA pF)电流密度均低型 ;室间隔细胞亦存在两种特征的动作电位 ,一种与左、右心室无差异 ,另一种明显延长。结论 小鼠心脏细胞存在不同的电生理特征分布 。 Objective To compare the characterization of potassium currents and action potential in left ventricle, right ventricle and septum in adult mouse. Methods Whole cell patch clamp techniques were used in the present study. Results There were no difference of action potential, densities of Ito and Ik1 in left and right ventricle. Two kinds of Ito existed in septum, some cells had smaller Ikslow(5.9pA/pF±1.35pA/pF at +50mV) and others had smaller Itof(3.47pA/pF±1.1pA/pF) and Ikslow(4.75pA/pF±1.5pA/pF) than that in left ventricle. Two kinds of action potentials also existed in septum, one was similar to left and right ventricle and another was longer than left and right ventricle.Conclusion There existed different electrophysiological distributions in mouse heart, which might be due to different distributions of genes encoding ion channels.
