金沙江白鹤滩水电站工程建设时机的选择 被引量:3

摘要 白鹤滩水电站装机容量12000MW,多年平均发电量约515亿kW·h,总库容188亿m3,调节库容100亿m3,死库容79亿m3,防洪库容56亿m3,工程动态总投资约568亿元,单位装机容量投资约4730元/kW,工程建设条件优越,综合效益巨大,是继溪洛渡、向家坝水电站后金沙江上的首选电源点。为实施西部大开发西电东送战略部署,满足我国东部地区电力市场需求,工程应在2008年开始筹建,2020年左右投产。加快推进白鹤滩水电站的前期工作,已成当务之急。 The Baihetan Hydropower Project has a total installed capacity of 12 000 MW, with a perennial average power yield of about 515 billion kW·h The gross reservoir storage is 188 billion m3,with power storage 100 billion m3, dead storage 79 billion m3 and flood storage 56 billion m3 The total estimated project investment is approximately 568 billion RMB Yuan, the per kw cost being 4730 RMB Yuan With excellent construction conditions and enormous comprehensive benefits, this project has the priority in the second batch of power sources to be constructed on the Jinshan River, following construction of Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba hydropower projects In order to implement the national strategies of Western Development and power transmission from west to east, and to meet the demand of electric power market in the East China Region, it is deemed that the project should be preferably commenced in 2008 and put into operation around 2020 Therefore, expediting the prestage work of the project is a pressing matter of the moment
