摘要
小湾水电工程所处的自然环境、地质条件及工程规模等特点给工程建设带来了许多不确定性。通过对小湾工程建设中潜在的工程风险因素的识别和分析,探讨采用现代风险管理技术有效地规避、控制、转移风险,从而达到以最小的成本获得最大的工程建设安全保障的目的。
The Xiaowan Hydropower Project will have lots of some uncertainties in its construction due to its natural environment, geological conditions, as well as project scale etc. This article intends to identify and analyze the potential risk factors in construction, and discusses how to effectively avoid, control and transfer the risks by adopting the modern risk management technology, and thereby achieve the best security in project construction at the lowest cost.
