摘要
叔孙通制朝仪是将儒家之“礼”纳入大一统封建王朝政刑法度的嚆矢,亦是儒“礼”发生流变的一大关节;秦汉之后的儒礼源流概分为三途:制度礼仪、行为礼仪、礼学经典;各自源流形貌及其体现的儒礼精神不尽一致;作此历史“个案”观察分析,有助于认识儒“礼”现代性文化资源的范畴或层面,庶几厘清有关儒“礼”讨论中某些笼而统之的看法。
The royal court decencies made by Shun Su - long are the starting point which introduces Confucian 'li' into the uniform regime in the feudal dynasties , and are a key link during the evolution of Confucian 'li'as well. Since Qin and Han dynasties, the evolution of Confucian 'li'has been classified into regime decencies, behavior decencies and Confucian'li' classics, which, by nature, are different from one another. Analyzing the above historical events may contribute to grasping the modern sense of Confucian 'li', and may clarify some vague and generalized viewpoints about the Confucian 'li'.
