摘要
湖南富钾钠高岭土,主要矿物为长石、石英和高岭土。作为陶瓷原料,应对高岭土和长石、石英进行分离,以满足陶瓷配方要求。本试验研究通过除砂,分级、高梯度磁选及剥片等手段,实现了高岭石的富集,获得高岭土精矿Al2O329.33%,SiO252.50%,Na2O1.43%,K2O2.55%,-2滋m43.22%的指标。
In Hunan kaolin with rich kalium and natrium,main minerals are feldspar,quartz and kaolinite.If kaolin is used as ceramic material,feldspar,quartz and kaolinite in it must be separated effectively to adapt demand for ceramic prescription.In this experiment,we adopt means of grading,high gradient magnetic separating and superfine grinding to enrich kaolinite and to get kaolin concentrate.Technic indexes on concentrate are Al2 O 3 29.33%,SiO 2 52.50%,Na 2 O1.43%,K 2 O2.55%and-2μm43.22%.
