我国最早的粤方言词典数字化系统设计研究

Research on Designing Electronic Dictionary for the First Canton Dialect Dictionary in Our Country

我国最早的一部粤方言词典《广东省土话字汇》,是19世纪初第一位来华的基督新教传教士RobertMorrison编纂的。这是研究两百多年前广州方言的珍贵历史资料。根据这部词典的体例特点以及研究者研究的要求与目的,我们设计了《粤方言词典语料库》系统的数据结构,并实现了词汇检索、词汇统计等系统功能,使这本珍贵的粤方言词典得以数字化。同时这也是我们对古籍工具书保护研究的一个尝试。

The first Canton dialect dictionary in our country is 《Vocabulary of Canton Dialect》.In the beginning of 19 century,Robert Morrison who was the first missionary came to China edited it .This dictionary provides useful information on analyzing canton dialect in more than two hundred years ago.Based on this unique dictionary and requirements of the Chinese dialect phonetician,we designed 《The Corpus of Canton Dialect Dictionary》.This database is an automated resource of Canton dialect vocabulary.At the same time,needed statistical data can be obtained in this system.This research contributes in preserving the ancient canton dialect dictionary.
