规范而有效率的产权制度是现代经济发展的基石。我国国有企业与民营企业都面临着产权制度改革这一重要问题。通过国有企业与非国有企业之间效率差距的比较分析 ,提出问题 ,以公有产权与私有产权的产权特征差异为理论依据 ,分别阐述了国有企业与民营企业的产权制度改革 。

The standard and efficient property rights system is the foundation stone of modern economy. Both public enterprises and private enterprises of our country face the important problem of the reforms of property rights system. By contrasting and analyzing the efficient difference between public enterprises and private enterprises, and according to the theory of property rights characteristic difference of public and private rights, this article sets forth property rights reforms of stated-owned and private enterprises and the difference of them.
