摘要
速度力量是速度与力量的综合表现 ,它的提高受速度素质和力量素质的牵制 ,力量和速度是决定速度能力发展的因素 ,现采用各种形式的跳跃练习并辅以负重练习 ,作为力量练习手段来发展运动员的速度性力量 .经过实验证明这种方法是可行的 ,能够有效提高奔跑能力 .
Speed power is the comprehensive expression of speed and power.Its improvement is determined by speed quality and power quality.Speed and power are factors that determine speed capacity.Currently adopting various jump training,with the assistance of barbell training,as the power training means,develops the athletes speed power.It was proved that this method is feasible and it improves running speed efficiently.
