This paper describes a hydraulic regulating cabinet used for the speed governor of turbines in the small and mediumsized hydrogenerating units. It can directly use the firststage hydraulic amplification to control the servomotor of guiding blade, which makes the structure of hydraulic cabinet simpler and enhances its reliability.
