Study on Reactive Compatibilization of EAA in PP/POE/Illite Composites

摘要 研究了乙烯 丙烯酸共聚物 (EAA)作为增容剂对聚丙烯 (PP) /乙烯 辛烯共聚物 (POE) /伊利石三元共混体系力学性能的影响 ,并通过SEM及DSC对其形态和结构进行了分析。结果表明 ,EAA的加入有效地改善了填料与基体之间的界面粘合 ,促进了填料在基体中的有效分散 ,体系的力学性能明显提高 ;对共混体系结晶行为的研究表明 ,增容剂EAA包覆在伊利石表面 ,抑制了伊利石对聚丙烯的成核作用 ,阻碍了聚丙烯基体的结晶 ;同时 ,还比较了两种制备三元共混体系的方法 ,结果表明 。 In this work,effects of EAA used as compatibilizer on the mechanical properties and morphology of PP/POE/Illite composites, in which EAA was used as compatibilizer, were studied by means of SEM、DSC and mechanical property test The results indicated that the addition of EAA enhanced the matrix filler interfacial adhesion, promoting the dispersion of the filler in the matrix, which improved the mechanical properties of the composites The addition of EAA weakened the nucleating capability of the filler, which in turn influenced the crystallization behavior of the PP matrix Ternary composites were prepared by two processes The mechanical properties of the ternary composite made by two step process were better than those of the ternary composite made by direct blending
