聚合物振动注射成型熔池增强方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用同一副模具上有熔池和无熔池实验样条 ,在振动实验机上进行振动注射实验 ,低频振动下有熔池和无熔池样条在振动注射成型时 ,其拉伸屈服强度是不同的 ,增加熔池 ,聚合物的拉伸屈服强度有较大提高。振动频率存在一个最佳值 ,超过此值后 ,拉伸屈服强度会逐渐走低并接近无振动状态下的拉伸屈服强度。 With the same mold in vibration experiment machine, the comparison between the melt cavity molded parts and the non melt cavity molded parts was made, and the data of the tests were analyzed It was concluded that the strength of the melt cavity molded parts was different from that of the non melt cavity molded parts on low frequency vibration field The strength of the melt cavity molded parts was higher than that of non melt cavity molded parts, There was an optimam for the vibration frequency,and when the frequency was higher than the optimam,the tensile stess at yield would decrease gradually to the level at no vibration
