摘要
采用热老化实验结合紫外光谱分析和热分析 ,分析了酸、碱及盐对胶乳法氯化天然橡胶 (CNR)热稳定性的影响 ,并讨论了酸、碱及盐对CNR热降解的影响机理。研究结果表明 :胶乳法CNR产品中含有酸、碱、盐时 ,对CNR的结构有不利的影响 ,其影响随含量增高而增大 ,其中又以碱对结构的不利影响最大。因此 ,在胶乳法生产CNR的生产工艺中 ,最后的酸碱中和、洗涤 2道工序必须严格控制工艺条件 ,保证半成品的 pH值和含盐量达到标准。
The effect of acid, base and salt on the thermal stability of chlorinated natural rubber (CNR) made from latex was analyzed by using chemical analysis, thermal aging experiments with UV spectroscopy analysis and thermal analysis. The mechanism of influencing of acid, base and salt on the thermal decomposition of CNR was also discussed. It was shown that the acid, base or salt in CNR products was harmful to CNR chemical structure. The harmful level increased with the increment of acid, base or salt. The harmful level of base was biggest. For this reason, the processing conditions of the last acid base neutralization and that of washing process should be controlled precisely to ensure the pH value and the standard content of salt.
