摘要
介绍了以环氧丙烷聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、橡胶颗粒等为主要原料 ,采用预聚物法制备了橡胶胶粒型弹性橡胶地砖用聚氨酯胶粘剂 ,考察了聚醚多元醇种类、配比、异氰酸酯指数等对材料物理性能的影响 ,并对工艺性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,采用二官能度和三官能度混合聚醚 ( 2 0～ 4 0∶80～ 6 0 ) ,异氰酸酯指数为 1 0 5～ 1 0 7,固化促进剂量为 0 16 %～ 0 2 4 %时 ,材料的物理性能及工艺性能均较好。
The blending ratio, cure accelerative system, reinforcing system, plasticization softening system and mix technology of NBR/PVC blend were all studied, the suitable formula was selected out and the printing roll of high properties was manufactured.
