The fromula and technology of pulling belts for the extruder made in Japan was introducted. The belt was a synchronous one. The teeth material was PU, the material of the belt back was chloroprene rubber, the material of skeleton was 2 layers of 300 # polyester cloth, the top surface of belt had an arc groove for pulling. The belt wasn′t easy to be out of shape and had double using life than ordinary rubber belt.
