介绍军队院校图书馆围绕军事理论科学数字图书馆所开展的基础理论研究,以及在此基础上提出的军事理论科学数字图书馆的建设目标和开展的数字资源建设实践等。
How to research and construct the Digital Library of the Military Theoretical Science ( DLMTS) is an important subject in the military field. According to the results of the research of the digital li-brary , this paper puts forward the orientation and the target of building DLMTS.
