摘要
电力系统中绝缘瓷瓶的实时监控是保证系统运行安全的重要环节 .本文利用小波和矩提取瓷瓶图像的多尺度边缘特征 ,提出一种通过动态处理瓷瓶图像实现的电力系统实时监控方案 .
To assure the power system running steadily, it is very important to dynamically monitor the porcelain bottles of the main transformer. Based on the edge features of porcelain bottle image, which is captured through wavelet and moment, we present a real time monitoring scheme for the power system by comparing the dynamic edges with standard ones. Simulation results show that the method presented is feasible and effective.
