摘要
应用分形理论中的关联维数分析了山口国家级红树林自然保护区木榄(Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)种群的个体空间关联程度及其尺度变化的特征。木榄种群个体空间关联的无标度区介于1.26~14.46m,相应的关联维数介于1.36~1.61。集群型的木榄种群的关联维数比随机型的高。关联维数的大小实际上也反映了木榄种群个体间竟争的强弱程度。分析表明,关联维数适用于定量描述种群分布格局的特征。
The degree and scaling variation law of spatial autocorrelation of individuals of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza population in National Shankou Mangrove Nature Reserve were investigated using the correlation dimension of fractal theory . The scaling ranges of spatial autocorrelation of individuals of the population were from 1.26 to 14. 66m, and the corresponding correlation dimensions from 1. 36 to 1. 61. The correlation dimensions of the clumped population were higher than those of the random population. In fact, the correlation dimension also reflects the degree of competition helween individuals. The results suggest that the correlation dimension be among the suitable methods for quantifying the characteristics of distribution pattern of the population.
