分析了传统的过滤方法在选煤厂浮选精煤脱水应用中的弊端 ,即随着过滤的进行 ,滤饼厚度增加到一定厚度时 ,由于过滤阻力的增大使得过滤终止 ,这也就阻碍了过滤的进行和水分的进一步降低。同时介绍了动态过滤的机理 。

The shortcomings of using traditional filter ing method in floation coal dewatering in coal preparation plant are analyzed.Ac companied by filtering,the filter cake thickness is increasing, and because the filtering res istance is increasing,and leads to the filter is stopped and hinders the filtrat ion an d the reduction of filter water content.The principles of dynamic fiter are intr oduced a nd the advantages of dynamical filtering fine coal are verified with test.
