摘要 为深入研究井下油水分离同井回注技术,根据水力学相似原理,在几项基本假设的前提下,开展了油水分离室内管流模型实验和室内井筒模型实验,对自然重力式井下油水分离确定分流比进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,在分离效果一定的情况下,分流比随油井产流量、含油量的增加而增大;在φ139.7 mm(5(1/2)英寸)套管和φ73 mm(2(7/8)英寸)油管的井筒环空模型中,产液量小于50 m^3/d时,分流比可小于0.7,分离效果较好,而当注入液量大于130 m^3/d时,油水几乎不能分离。 To make further investigation into the downhole oil-water separation and separated water reinjection to the same hole, experiments for oil-water separation in tubes and in simulated well bore were made based on the hydrodynamic similarity theory. And split ratio determination in gravitational oil-water separation was investigated. The experimental results show that, the split ratio increases with the increase of liquid produced and oil content with the separation effect given; good separation effect can be achieved with a split ratio of less than 0.7 when the liquid production rate lower than 50 m3/d, and water can hardly be separated from oil while the injection rate is higher than 130 m3/d.
