电动潜油泵装配过程中导轮的预紧十分关键,直接影响到机组效率和工作寿命,为此,对机组处于工作状态时导轮的受力进行了分析计算,给出导轮预紧力及压缩量的计算方法,得出导轮预紧力及压缩量与其结构、级数、材质和工作参数等因素有关的结论。指出原预紧工艺以经验确定预紧力及压缩量存在的不足,为电动潜油泵导轮预紧工艺指标的确定提供了理论依据。实际应用证明,该方法切实可行,比原有的导轮预紧工艺指标的确定方法更科学、合理。

The pretightening of the guide roller is of great importance in the assembling of ESP. The force on the guide roller in operation is calculated. Methods for calculating the pretightening force and the amount of compression of the guide roller are presented, and it is concluded that the pretightening force and the amount of compression have something to do with the structure, stages, material and operating parameters. Application shows that this method for determining the pretightening force and the amount of compression is more reasonable than the empirical method.
