摘要
车用柴油机的使用负荷、运行转速、环境条件不断变化,又经常起动和加速,在这种变工况下,自动控制必不可少。利用现已十分成熟的传感器收集柴油机的负荷、转速、压力、温度等信号,经过高速微处理器的处理,可以通过适当的执行器实现各种各样的控制任务。具体介绍了在起动控制,进排气控制,增压控制,排气再循环控制,及润滑、冷却控制的过程中使用电子控制所带来的好处。
It is pointed out that work load,running s peed and environment conditions of automotive diesel engines is ever-changing ,and starting and accelerating are their common mode,so the automatic control is necessary.Signals of load,speed,pressure and temperature of a diesel engin e from sensors,whose technology is mature,are sent to the high-speed E-CU, and various control missions from ECU are executed by executors.Advantages of t he electronic control in con trol pro-cesses of starting,fuel,air take-in an d exhausting,supercharge,EGR,lubrication and cooling are introduced in detail .
