摘要
乘坐舒适性是汽车座椅的重要性能,它包括静态舒适性和动态舒适性。设计座椅的位置,满足以驾驶员为中心的人机关系和坐姿要求是座椅设计的前提。提出了座椅位置及其调节范围设计的有效方法,并研制了相应的CAD系统,可以帮助厂商明确座椅位置设计的要求,并获得一系列信息,为汽车生产商和座椅供应商提供了一种良好的对话工具。
Riding comfort is an important performanc e of automotive seat,it consists of static comfort and dynamic comfort.Designing seat position in cab and satisfying man-machine interaction aimed at driver an d sitting posture re quire-ment are prerequisites of seat design.An effective method of seat position and its adjusting scope desig n is put forward and cor responding CAD system is developed to assist producers to be clear with seat pos ition design requirement,to get a se ries of information and to provide a bette r dialog tool for automotive producers and seat supplies.
