摘要
在汽车车体结构的有限元分析中,空气弹簧悬架系统的边界条件约束处理要比板簧悬架系统的处理复杂得多,至今还没有一种较为成熟有效的方法。文中以较为复杂的非独立膜式空气弹簧悬架为例,通过分析其结构、性能及工况特点,提出了一种较为合理的约束处理方法。该方法容易推广到其它不同类型的空气弹簧悬架的有限元边界条件的约束处理中。
In the finite element analysis of automotive body struct ur e,the treatment of the boundary condition con-straints of air suspension syst ems is much more complicated than that of leaf spring suspensions.Until now,t here is not on mature valid method.In the paper,with a diaphragm type air susp ension as the example,one rational constraint treatment method is presented b y analyzing its configuration,performance and operation mode features.The meth od is easy to be ap-plied to treatment of boundary condition constraints of ot her various type air suspensions.
