摘要
近年来,一些用户为增大车辆的承载能力而自行加装了弹簧钢板,尤其对后悬架,少则加2~3片,多则达4片。其后果是严重影响汽车传动系零件的使用寿命,造成这些零件早期损坏。阐述了后桥主要零部件的损坏与加装弹簧钢板的关系,介绍了加装弹簧钢板对变速器零件使用寿命的影响。
In recent years,some customers improve vehicle loading capacity by increa sing number of leaf springs,es-pecially for the rear suspension,at least2~ 3leaf springs,and even4leaf springs.Its consequence is that service life of driv etrain components are severely affected,as the components are damaged in e arly phase.Relations between damage of the main components of rear driveshaft a nd increasing number of leaf springs are described.Effects of increasing number of leaf springs on service life of transmission components are introduced.
