摘要
对碳纤维复合材料弯曲撑杆的成型工艺方法进行了试验研究 ,比较分析了几种方法的优缺点。分别研究了铺层设计、吸胶工艺、热缩工艺 ,采用了预浸料铺层———热压罐固化工艺 ,制品具有厚度均匀、表面光滑平整的优点。
The application of thermal contractible plastic sleeve for improving surface quality of bent CFRP tube is introduced in this paper. Requirements and properties of thermal contractible plastic are analyzed, a thermal contractible process was developed to eliminate the defect on CFRP tube surface.
