思想政治教育是学生工作中最重要的任务。随着学校教育改革和发展,学生的价值观出现了多元化倾向,学生个性化强烈,自主意识越来越强。学生工作也要从以教育、管理为主的工作格局转变到强化指导和服务的新格局上来。

Political education is of most importance in student-work. With the reformation and development of education, the values of the students tend to be various. Now the students have strong characters and much independentce. Therefore, student-work should also differ from the former system dealing with the student's education and management to the new one......emphasizing the teacher's role: to offer the students advice and serve.
