摘要
文中对国外、国内的船撞桥事故进行了综述。在大量调研的基础上 ,建立了我国船撞桥事故数据库。大量的事实和研究表明 ,无论是桥梁工程师还是船舶工程师 ,都应对船撞桥问题引起重视 ,并积极探索减少船撞桥事故率。
The text introduces the vessel bump bridge accident of both here and abroad.We have established the accident database based on a great deal of investigation and study.The bridge engineering and the ship engineer should attach importance to the problem of vessel bump bridge,and actively explore the method and approach to decrease accident ratio and to reduce the risk.
