Policy Intervention and Gender Equity——Impacts of Poverty Alleviation Policies on Gender Equity

今天,对发展的理解已经超越经济增长的范畴,而更关注包括性别公平在内的人民的参与和自由度的提高,各国的政策干预也越来越多地体现了发展的多重目标。本文通过对中国扶贫政策中有关性别主题的回顾以及性别公平的政策效应分析,描述了中国政策干预中所体现的性别公平途径以及性别主流化的进程,并且提出了完善性别公平途径的政策环境的建议。期望为在中国框架下的性别与发展的理论研究和实践工作提供借鉴。

Policy intervention today is concerning multipurposes of development more and more, while the implication of development is exceeding economic growth to the improvement of people's participation and freedom. This article reviews gender issues in China Poverty Alleviation Policies and the impacts of policies on gender equity, showing the gender equity approach and the process of gender mainstreaming. Meanwhile, it raises some topics for improving policy environment for gender equity approach. 
