摘要
在油缸内孔滚压加工中,常常发现液压后内表面起皮、剥落、划伤表面、质量不均匀、表面粗糙度不符合要求等,严重影响油缸质量。为提高油缸内孔表面质量,本文介绍了应用正交实验法对D75油缸内孔滚压加工中的参数进行优选,提出了内孔滚压D75油缸较优的参数组合。并对滚压加工表面的质量和性能进行了试验研究。
During the period of processing the rolling oil-crock' s inner hole with a press , it can be usually found that after rolling, the inner surface peels off and is scratched ,the quality is degraded in roughness of the surface, which make it not accord with the reguiremets,all of which affect the quality of oil-crock seriously . To improve the quality of the surface of the oil-crock' s inner hole the writer introduces applied method of straightly alternate experiment in the paper. Through optimum choice of the parameter rolling D 75 oil-crock' s inner hole with a press , the writer raises the combination of more optimum parameter rolling D 75 oil-crock' s inner hole and engages in the experiment for research on the quality and property of processing and rolling.
