平面连杆机构超变急回运动特性研究

Study on the Characteristic of Super Quick Return of Planar Linkage

通过对双曲柄滑块机构急回运动特性的分析,结果证明平面连杆机构不仅具有超急回运动特性的可能性,而且某些机构在各构件尺寸一定的情况下,仅改变其相对安装位置便可具有行程速比系数不同的急回运动特征。

The characteristics of quick return of double crank slider mechanism is analyzed. The result proves that planar linkage not only has characteristics of super quick return but also has various time ratio. The time ratio of linkage is changed only by changing setting position.
