教育的开放和电大办学的系统建设

The Opening of Education and TVU's System Construction

办学的系统性是广播电视大学的传统优势和特色,但在远程教育快速发展的新形势下,电大系统建设出现了弱化的倾向。如何加强网络环境下的电大系统建设,文章认为,应进一步明确目的——做强电大、共同发展;找准重心——共建资源、整合优势;进行革新——创新体制、探索实践,正确认识和处理好运作中的矛盾,不断优化系统,提高竞争力,在我国现代远程开放教育的整体格局中有所作为。

System is TVU's traditional advantge and feature, but TVU's system building comes forth the tendency of feebleness during the fast developing of distance education. How to strengthen TVU's system building in the web entironment, this paper puts forward three wethods of optimizing system and advancing competiting ability.
