Measures such as purifying and controlling the physical and chemical factors of the seawater, choosing the best brood scallop, controlling the temperature, changing and aerating the water,preventing the disease and using the photosynthetic bacteria were applied. The average yield was 7 600 thousand per cubic meter of the water body.
