摘要
详细研究了极谱仪的性能实验方法 ,提出了极谱仪性能实验的最佳条件 :检测测量的极谱条件 :初始电位 ,-0 .40V ;终止电位 ,-0 .90V .扫描速度 2 5 0mV s.三电极制 ,工作电极为滴汞电极 .二阶导数波 .使用较高灵敏度的量程挡 ,用以提高信噪比 .测量 :将检测限测试溶液加入至电解池中 ,氮气除氧 5min ,测量 ;将空白溶液加入至电解池中 ,氮气除氧 5min 。
In this paper, the performance test method of polarograph is studied in detail, and the best conditions of the performance test about the polarohraph is put forward. The polarographic condition: intial potential is -0.40 V; final potential is -0.90 V; scanning speed is 250 mV/s; three potentials; working electrode is dropping mercury electrode; second derivative wave. In order to increase the signal-to-noise ratio we choise high sensitivity position. Mesuremrent : add the detectability test solution tothe electrolytic cell, nitrogen remove oxygen 5 min, measure; add the blank solution to the electrolytic cell, nitrogen remove oxygen 5 min, measure.
