糊化淀粉对断奶仔猪消化率和血糖水平的影响

THE EFFECTS OF STARCH GELATINIZATION ON STARCH DIGESTIBILITY AND GLYCAMIC RESPONSE IN WEANED PIGLETS

试验采用单因子设计 ,研究糊化淀粉在(30±2)天断奶的长白×梅山杂交仔猪中淀粉消化率和血糖水平的影响。结果表明 :仔猪利用适宜糊化淀粉后其表观消化率提高6.7 % ,血糖反应提前 ,峰值增加。

The Landrace×Meishan piglets weaned at(30±2)day were used to investigate the effects of the starch gelatinization on starch digestibility and glycamic respones.The results showed as follows:The apparent digestibility of starch increased6.7%in piglets when suitable gelatinization starch was fed.Glycamic response was ahead of the time as to the control,and the peak level increased。
