Aiming at the characteristics of hospital management and the difficulties in quality supervision and control, the authors study the theory and approaches to conduct quality control over medical service quality and safety process. To adopt advanced medical technique, excellent service and networking in the hospital as a whole as well as digital information system to conduct dynamic supervision and control, and timely and proper feedback, as a result, the quality of nursing care in the hospital was improved remarkably, 2 effectiveness were stable and enhancer!, the staff of the hospital were educated, the patients obtained the actual benefits and the civilization was further enhaaced.
